Dobrý deň Deniska prosím ak môžete pozrite si našu FB skupinu mcslniecko, tam naše lektorky pravidelne uverejňujú kedy sa cvičí. Tehulky a ženy po pôrode cvičia v stredu o 16,45h. pilates sa momentálne cvičí pondelok a štvrtok o 16,45 a tento týždeň už bola aj zumba.

Dobrý deň, mala by som záujem o cvičenie s detičkami. Mala má momentálne 7mesiacov. Pohybovo trosku zaostávame a tak by som chcela malinkej trochu dopomocť. Vraj robíte nejaké cvičenia pre detičky od 4mesiacov. Ďakujem za odpoveď vopred!

Dobry den, herna je samozrejme pristupna vsetkym a 9 mesacne dietatko s maminkou je u nas ako doma. V piatok o 8,30 je cvicenie rodicov s babatkami. Nech sa paci pridite sa pozriet. Prd velkou nocou budeme cvicit vo stvrtok lebo v piatok je sviatok. Pekny den.
